When build a Polymer 80 Glock lower PF940V2 ALWAYS drill first your fire control holes. This will avoid issues later on. PRO-TIP: To keep the jig squared up I've used mini C-Clamps from Harbor Freight keeps everything squared up. Another PRO-TIP: On the tabs I used a sharp utility blade to pre-score the tabs for a cleaner result speeds up smoothing time.
I shaved off the paint on those rails.. And smoothed it out and down for better ease..
