That is a very good catch. Decentralized platforms are becoming more of a necessity in this time in terms of anti-consorship and saving more resources.

Yeah, all I have to go off of is the email. Come june 30th, I suppose we'll find out. I can confirm that one of my viewers on another platform has received the email as well. If Im wrong, I'll definately post something about it.

@Mo Ro: The G. Knight: Well I have not gotten this email everyone is talking about and there is nothing on the site about this.

@RobertM: I got an email as well. It's strange how it's abrupt and there's no full explanation about why.... I hope it's not censorship from government / political authorities. This needs to be known on this website. Whoever is behind this need to consider that. We need to fight against corruption and censorship

@RobertM: I got the email as well. Seemed legit. I would bet it is because they can’t continue to fund it themselves. Did not get ad revenue. Take care.

@NC Gun Guy : Well I will keep saying it is not like them to not post a public notice or video on the site when they have an announcment. They have not informed us before without it. You got to admit it is suspicious.

@NC Gun Guy : What is convincing me even more now that they got hijacked is they have not replied to my feedback/email. They are usually timely at getting back to me.

@RobertM: GunStreamer has always been slow to respond to emails for me and several other users I know. As of late email replies have gone unanswered. I'm pretty sure they weren't hacked.

@nightstryke: That still does not explain why they have not posted a notice or video on this site about it to inform all members and viewers and its not because they can't afford it. If its legitimate then they have an obligation to inform members and viewers from this site.

@RobertM: Obligation or not they did post it on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Sent an E-mail to everyone that's pretty concrete. It does indeed suck that they don't list the reasons for the closing, but I have an idea of why they are closing. Consider this though they may not have the ability to produce a video even on a hobbyist scale to explain their reasoning for the close.

@nightstryke: Well I am not on social media and I did not get an email from them. So I will say it again they need to post it on their site since it is about this site.

I got the email but didn't see it before someone posted it in one of the FB gun groups.
